Associate Job Description
Are you passionate about travel? My Travel Empire has an immediate opening for an Associate to join our team as an Independent Contractor. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with experience in the travel industry who is sales-driven, highly motivated, and committed to ensuring our clients have amazing travel experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange international travel for clients
- Develop product knowledge to support our Preferred Supplier Program
- Provide prompt and courteous service to clients
- Ensure all bookings are entered accurately
- Respond to client questions and concerns with the highest degree of professionalism
- Resolve client issues and emergencies; expediting adjustments; following up to ensure resolution.
- Effectively utilize all lead management tools and resources to cultivate new business
- Build and foster strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Learn and follow all policies and procedures set forth by the organization
- Must complete training as required for new Associates.

- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Strong PC skills, including keyboard familiarity and MS Word

- Ability to problem solve quickly in escalating situations
- Ability to speak in front of small groups
Job Type: Commission. Independent Contractor (1099). Home-Based.
